Shipping policy
At Solva Brand, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During promotional periods, seasonal sales, or high-demand events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and verified, it will be prepared and dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.
Standard Delivery
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Peak Periods
During periods of exceptionally high demand (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major promotional events) or due to carrier and customs delays, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit and cannot be delivered, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number whenever available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, Solva Brand cannot guarantee recovery or redirection of the package.

Once an order has been shipped, address modifications may no longer be possible.
Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- The recipient is unavailable;
- The parcel is refused;
- The parcel is not collected from a designated collection point within the carrier’s stated timeframe;
the package may be returned to the sender.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside the United Kingdom, local customs authorities may impose import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Solva Brand is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
